Your Mission
For this operational position within our Congress Department, your mission will consist of maintaining our business tool (B-Com).
Your main tasks will include:
• Set up of events, and testing phases before launching them in production.
• Layout customization on events registration webs site
• User and set up support to all other MCI offices
• Update of documentation, users manual, communication and reports
• Deal with a varied set of projects within an international environment.
• Improvements testing and report
• Input on Specification/Improvement writing and support
• Staff training
Together with Project Coordinators and Managers, you will participate in different stages of the organization of Congresses: implementing on-line registration; administrative and statistical management of data; "on-site" logistic.
In the operational part of this position, you are in charge of the implementation of events, administration and delivery of meetings to the highest standard, and within exact deadlines in the private and/or public sector in an international environment.
Your Profile
Competencies in Event Management and Tourism, you also have computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word. In addition you are fluent in both French and English (any additional language would be an asset). Eager to learn and service-oriented, you demonstrate strong methodology and communication skills.
Moreover, an additional asset would be if you have skills in:
• Html
• CSS
