Michael is responsible for the Hong Kong team, ensuring the delivery of integrated event marketing services for institutional, corporate and agency clients.   With over 10 years of experience in travel and hospitality, his professional experience includes previously managing incentive events and congresses throughout Asia for up to 8,000 delegates.  With vast knowledge of and extensive networks in Asia, he has worked in Singapore, Malaysia, Shanghai and Beijing.  Michael is a hands-on leader who is personally involved in the entire product flow to ensure clients’ expectations are met every time.

Min leads the corporate division in MCI Hong Kong, overseeing both the sales and operation teams. She brings to MCI substantial event marketing experience servicing clients in a myriad of industries including pharmaceutical, FMCG, banking and finance and ICT across the Asia Pacific region.

Min’s immense experience in event marketing including sales and operations is instrumental in both account and team management. With local knowledge, global thinking and passion for the meetings and events industry, she leads the corporate division in delivering solutions that are on target, on time and to budget.

Louisa’s role as Director of Institutional Division in MCI Hong Kong involves overseeing both the sales and operation teams. She brings over 15 years of experience dealing with international and regional conferences. Her expertise is augmented through her years with medical associations and the media industry.  Louisa is positive and motivational. She believes in establishing long term winning strategies and partnerships with clients to deliver successful and quality conferences.

Before joining MCI, Louisa was the founder of Global Event Management, a dominant PCO provider to cardiology-related conferences in Hong Kong.  Global Event Management was merged with MCI Hong Kong in 2011.
