MCI handled the Geneva Health Forum preparations with great professionalism, from the overall coordination of the GHF down to the smallest details. As the GHF is still very much based on personal contacts, participants benefited from the customized handling of everything from abstracts to travel visas by individuals from the MCI team, who are recognized by the participants as part and parcel of the organizing committee… proof that MCI not only collaborated very closely with the organizing committee, but that their services were personal and exemplary. As the Geneva Health Forum faced a major crisis when the volcanic ash grounded flights not only in Europe but across the world, MCI came in with crisis management skills to make the GHF a great success in the face of major adversity. We are delighted to work with MCI and thank the team for their support and engagement.
