The integration of sustainability into our organisation is guided by the principles of the United Nations Global Compact. Since 2007, MCI has been signatory in this, the world’s largest CSR initiative. Our dedicated sustainability experts and local office champions are integrating social and environmental considerations into the day to day operational practices, policies, strategies and projects of our company.

Please see our annual sustainability report which is compliant and externally checked to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) C-Level. It contains our UN Global Compact Communication on Progress, and explains in depth our sustainability strategy, initiatives and award winning performance.
Our strategies are supported by three policy documents; Supplier Code of Conduct, Employee Code of Business Ethics, and MCI Sustainability Policy.
