Robin Lokerman Inducted Into ASAE's 2011 Class of Fellows

Robin Lokerman, CEO of MCI's Institutional Division, has been inducted into ASAE's 2011 Class of Fellows

Brussels, Belgium – 23 March 2011. Robin Lokerman, CEO, MCI Institutional Division, has recently been inducted into the American Society for Association Executives (ASAE)’s 2011 Class of Fellows. Robin is the second ever non-American to be appointed a Fellow.

ASAE’s Class of Fellows programme recognizes individual accomplishments and contributions to ASAE and the association community and is a call to service for the profession. The Fellows recognition singles out individuals who have had a significant impact on the association community through outstanding volunteer service and leadership; extraordinary accomplishments; and/or other major contributions to ASAE and the profession of association management.

“The ASAE Fellows programme is an honorary recognition bestowed upon less than 1% of ASAE’s membership,” said Jeffrey N. Shields, CAE, Executive Director of the National Business Officers Association and chair of ASAE’s Fellows Selection Committee, “It is also a call to continued leadership and service as an ASAE member. The Fellows selection process includes endorsement by a peer; an in-depth application describing the individual's innovation, leadership and commitment to the profession; an interview with a member of the selection committee; and ultimately selection from among a group of highly-qualified candidates.
