Emmanuel Andre is Group Health & Safety Director of MCI. Emmanuel is responsible for MCI’s worldwide health and safety team and for ensuring a consistent approach to health and safety across MCI’s 56 offices. Emmanuel’s comprehensive training programmes also guarantee that each and every MCI client receives thorough and up-to-date health and safety guidance.
Guy Bigwood is Group Sustainability Director of MCI. Through a strategy based on the principles of the triple bottom line of people, planet, profit, Guy leads MCI’s internal sustainability teams and external sustainability services, helping clients turn their sustainability commitments into action.
Idoia Rodés is Vice President of Global Business Development for the MCI Group. Her role is to further consolidate MCI's leading position in the meetings and events industry by driving the company's global commercial activities. Idoia's primary objective is to contribute to the organic growth of the company by ensuring market and client relevance.
Joelle Zumwald is Vice President People & Culture. Leading MCI’s global HR, sustainability and health and safety teams, Joelle is dedicated to building an organisation that is profoundly human, with a focus on developing a culture of care and responsibility, and actively promoting diversity in all its forms.
He is responsible for the day-to-day life of Dorier Geneva, operational and sales team support, as well as client relations and growth.
Neil Redmond is Group Procurement Director of MCI. Neil has been responsible for both Global and Local Procurement initiatives. On a global level Neil was responsible for identifying and negotiating global hotel agreements. On a local level Neil works with Local Procurement Coordinators developing and supporting a strong procurement culture in each of our offices.
Nikki Walker is Vice President Global Association Management & Consulting. Nikki drives the strategic growth of MCI’s global association consulting services and her worldwide team serve local, regional and international associations looking to design global strategies, enter into new markets, develop relevant value propositions and grow sustainably.
Olivier Croset is Vice President Production of Dorier, a leading provider of global audio visual solutions and a brand of the MCI Group. Olivier is responsible for driving Dorier’s global growth and for expanding production solutions across all MCI offices, adding value for clients through an increased focus on creativity, digitalisation and new technologies.
Olivier Giauque is Chief Financial Officer of MCI. Olivier oversees MCI’s global finance and accounting teams and is responsible for upholding accurate accounting practices and ensuring the execution of sound financial planning. Working closely with the CEO, Olivier assists in various corporate negotiations including acquisitions and mergers.
Oscar Cerezales is Chief Operating Officer of MCI Asia-Pacific. Driving the strategic growth of MCI in Asia-Pacific, Oscar oversees a fast-growing number of regional offices and works hand-in-hand with each office’s managing director to build the MCI brand and foster customer loyalty in the region’s local markets.
Richard Stent-Torriani is Vice President Congress Management, Chief Operating Officer – Americas, and Managing Director MCI Geneva. Driving the strategic growth of MCI in the Americas, Richard oversees a fast-growing number of regional offices and works hand-in-hand with each office’s managing director to build the MCI brand and foster customer loyalty in North and Latin America. Richard also leads MCI’s global PCO (professional congress organiser) teams and drives the strategic growth of MCI Geneva.
Roger Tondeur is Founder, Chairman and President of MCI. Roger founded MCI in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1987. Sébastien Tondeur is Chief Executive Officer of MCI. As CEO of an international group with a gross margin of €148 million (in 2015) and with offices around the world, Sébastien is responsible for strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions and global business development in line with his vision to make MCI the preferred partner for every company, association and brand looking to unlock their potential and deliver real change.
Robin Lokerman is Group President of MCI. Based in Singapore, Robin has driven MCI’s expansion outside of Europe since 2007. Under his leadership, the company has registered impressive growth in Asia-Pacific, the Americas and India, the Middle East & Africa and today serves a growing number of clients from over 30 offices outside of Europe.
Jurriaen Sleijster is President & COO of MCI. As a member of MCI’s Executive Committee, Jurriaen is jointly responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of an international group with a gross margin of €116 million and with offices around the world. Day-to-day, Jurriaen leads management processes, a range of service departments and the integration of new MCI offices.
Sumaira Isaacs is Senior Advisor Middle East.
