An Indian national who has spent over 25 years in the Middle East brings a vast experience of doing business and building new revenue streams for MCI over the past many years. With a masters in Marketing, Ajay has spent several years in his initial years working with market research companies studying consumer behavior and trends to launch new products & services in the region. With over 15 years in the Meetings Industry, he has launched several events and shows in various emerging markets in the region and beyond as well as worked with several associations helping them launch and build new business in the region. A solution-driven, he has always strived for excellence and looking beyond the norm for opportunities and creating a magic that has assisted in the growth of the business. In addition to being fulltime with MCI, he holds various voluntary positions which includes being a Regional ambassador representing the Middle East region for both IAPCO (International Association for Professional Conference Organizers) and The Iceberg, an industry voice put forward by the Joint Meetings Industry Council (JMIC).

An energetic, and enthusiastic person with over 20 years of experience in the meetings and hospitality industry and a career that has spanned across India, UAE and USA. Starting in hospitality with the Taj Group of Hotels in India, and then with Jumeirah Group in UAE, he was part of the core opening team of Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai and Jumeirah Essex House in New York. With a proclivity for creative and critical thinking, Alex has a desire to challenge paradigms, find solutions and spearhead innovations that present fresh perspectives to consider.

With over 25 years of experience in Finance Management and has vast experience of working in India, Seychelles and UAE. Clifford started his career in Hospitality, where he worked with the Oberoi Hotels, Jebel Ali Hotels and the Jumeirah Group. Having honed his financial skills in various projects, Clifford is a founding member of the team, and helped plan the financial structure, support the business in its growth and help develop structures for the various regional offices that he is responsible for. He is a critical thinker, who has a keen business acumen that has helped in the growth and acceleration of the business, a strategic leader with great interpersonal and communication skills who seeks to further commercial goals of the company.

Kavitha, a native from India living in the Middle East for over 27 years, has had a broad experience of working with corporates and associations locally and internationally. In her current role as Director - Association Management & Consulting, she works with several associations in assisting them in their expansion and market entry plans for the Middle East & Africa region. Her daily expertise is focused on monitored quality and appropriateness of all services provided to clients, ensuring compliance with all association policies/ procedures and continue development of policies, procedures, and information systems needed to effectively manage the association mandates. Kavitha has been instrumental in the development of internal and external marketing initiatives to impact brand significance and improve awareness in a highly competitive market space. Implemented flexible, business-focused vision; delivered department-wide process improvement; standard project management; have been key to her success. Kavitha supervises customer service leadership teams to monitor daily activity and goal achievement resulting in improved Key Performance Indicators

Ann heads an experienced team of accounts and finance professionals. A compassionate team player & leader with sound decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. Ann is an experienced CPA, Having more than 16 years of diversified international experience covering wide range of industries. She previously worked with prestigious hotel chains such as the Jumeirah Group and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. A highly organized self-starter and strategic planner with talent for proactively identifying and resolving problems, controlling costs, mitigating risks, and delivering cutting-edge financial and operational solutions.

Prem incorporates almost twenty years of industry experience in handling Middle Eastern Destination Management, royal and Corporate Events into MCI's Meetings and Events, PCO and Ovation Arabia. Prem has handled key clientele's large events, be it their corporate events or medical congresses, across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Responsible for establishing divisional strategic plans, he leads the operational team from event inception to final wrap-up, maximizing resource efficiency and client satisfaction. Prem's well-rounded and genuine understanding of operational set-up and procedures stem from his steady tenure in Oman as well as in MICE at Arabian Adventures (a division of Emirates Airlines), and as Head of Events for the Engineer's Office of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum's private events and royal weddings.
