岗位职责Responsibilities

1、负责市场开拓营销工作,维护客户关系;

2、协调公司内部资源共同打造高质量的方案给客户,负责客户和项目联络事宜和竞标的信息采集和传送,跟进项目竞标进度及整理汇总;

3、项目执行期间,联通执行团队维持客户满意度。

2. Collaborate with internal MCI/external partners on delivering the promise and ensuring the expectations are met. Respond to RFPs and propose concepts and budgets in line with client’s requirements, in collaboration with operations team;

3. Set and enforce customer service standards to ensure clients are satisfied with received services.

 

 

岗位描述Job Description

1、制定年度季度业务拓展和营销计划,进通过良好营销管理手段及模板及时推进工作计划。定期进行市场分析,提供相关工作报告,调整业务和工作计划,总结工作成效。

2、整合个人网络和公司资源,同过网络、电话、邮件、企业拜访、行业活动等形式进行推广,客户跟进等。

3、每日的客户联络和拜访情况要有详细记录户。

4、新客户的挖掘及老客户的维护包括精密的客户分析报告。通过各种渠道获取信息和资料例如:新闻、网络、报刊、行业内刊物等,争取不错过任何一个客户。

5、根据行业内的重点客户及个人所做的分析方案灵活掌握,对重点客户应保持长期沟通。针对个别重点客户,需要在公关或设计前,进行专门的分析。

6、项目竞标或开展前期负责明确客户需要,把完整的客户需要通过书面简报与同事或合作伙伴进行精准的沟通。竞标过程中积极索取客户反馈、解答团队的问题,同打造高质量的方案给客户。

7、获标后负责签订合同,与团队沟通、协调,确保项目的顺利进行等工作。

8、落标后积极索取客户反馈,以书面形式提供给团队作为日后参考。

1. Plan, organize and execute BD & Marketing strategies, conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments.                               

2. Integrate personal resources, promoted and followed up customers through network, telephone, email, enterprise visit, industry activities and other forms.

3.  the daily customer contact and visit to have a detailed record of the account.

4. Maintain the current customers, research and build relationships with new clients. Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict.

5. Develop new relationships with priority accounts through a deep understanding of client corporate and business issues, specialized analysis on specific key clients, embodying a “client for life” mindset.

6. Manage the bidding and request-for-proposals response by composing teams and proposals, and working with wider pursuit teams to deliver excellence during the proposal process.

7. Responsible for signing the contract, communicating and coordinating with the team to ensure the smooth progress of the project when winning the bid.

8. Actively ask for customer feedback after the bid is lost, and provide it to the team in written form for future reference.

 

任职资格Job Requirements

1、热爱本职工作,积极性高,超强的抗压能力。

2、有亲和力,沟通和表达能力强能建立很好的客户关系,行为规范,仪表良好有礼。

3、性格外向,思维活跃积极上进,良好的团队精神和责任感。

4、良好的英语读、写的能力。熟练的英语读、写、听能力优先。

5、熟练的office软件操作能力,包括excel, word, PPT等。

6、至少5年以上业务拓展营销工作经验及灵活和良好的营销问题处理经验和技巧。

7、会议活动行业经验优先。

1. Self-starter, able to work under pressure.

2. Strong Communication skills, Strong interpersonal skills (Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting), building and managing good client relationships.

3. Possess an analytical and creative mindset, together with an outgoing personality and strong problem-solving skills and team player spirit.

4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in English, written and speaking a plus.

5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

6. 5+ years experience in Business Development/Marketing related function;

7. Relevant event industry experience preferred.
