MCI Group gathers to discuss future of associations global development in the digital age

Geneva, 28th April 2016. The MCI Group, a key driver of innovation in global meetings, events, association, and congress industries, is hosting its Management and co-located Association Academy Week, which started Tuesday 26th April in Dubai.

During this internal MCI event; associations, professional societies, trade organisations, federations, foundations, and for-cause nonprofits are at the heart of everything discussed, shared and learned.

A key issue many MCI Association clients face is how to better engage customers and members.  To help associations better measure engagement strategies and identify best practices to improve performance, MCI will launch a Global Engagement Index, at a summit on June 8-9 in Washington DC.   

Nikki Walker, VP Global Association Management and Consulting, explains that this week is an opportunity to bring MCI's best minds and leaders to focus on solving the challenges to drive associations’ relevance and helping them optimize their return on investment and membership engagement.
