How did you end up at MCI?

I’ve been working in the hotel industry for 12 years internationally, starting as a trainee, moving from F&B departments to Event Sales.

In 2010 I joined a global alliance of independent Lawyers, accountants and management consultants where I organised their events worldwide.

In 2014 I found an MCI job posting on the MCI homepage. And since then I am still here and happy.

What makes you proud about working at MCI?

Sustainable engagement of the company internally and at client events. The company invests time and resources in training employees for helping them reach their true potential and further assist their development (MCI Institute). 

Can you talk about a specific scenario that created an extraordinary career experience for you?

We organized the IFA Congress in Basel with 2500 participants in 38 different hotels, with congress management, sightseeing tours and social events. That was a huge project for a small office such as Zurich.
