MCI accredited by the Learning and Performance Institute
Geneva, 25 November 2015. MCI’s in-house learning and development department, the MCI Institute, has been officially accredited for the first time by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), a leading global organisation for learning and development professionals.
MCI’s accreditation reinforces its commitment to employee development to raise the standard of workplace learning and to continually deliver its unique solutions and services to clients worldwide.

MCI was awarded accreditation for meeting LPI’s evaluation criteria in five areas including: vision, mission and goals of learning and development, business operations, service delivery, business engagement and professionalism and ethics.
MCI joins other accredited LPI members such as Microsoft, BP, Deloitte, KPMG and PwC.

The MCI Institute has delivered nearly 700 hours of group-wide learning in 2014, received over 3,200 employee enrolments to its virtual and face to face workshops, and currently offers more than 300 on-demand sessions hosted on its pioneering Learning and Knowledge Management System.
