Global Satisfaction Index (GSI)
Enhance relevance and perception in key markets
In 2013, MCI launched the first edition of the Global Satisfaction Index (GSI) in partnership with the Council of Engineering and Scientific Society Executives (CESSE).
The aim of the GSI was to encourage US based associations to more strategically consider customer viewpoints and member perspectives while addressing questions of relevance and ROI for professional communities outside the US.
