MCI USA Adds Key Senior Staff for Growth
McLean, VA, USA, 15 March 2016. As MCI USA expands its client portfolio, its award-winning Association Management & Consulting division is pleased to announce new hires. MCI USA welcomes the addition of Michael Candela as Associate Vice President of Sales, Jennifer Hedrick as Executive Director of the National Industrial Transportation League (NITL), and Chris Williams, CAE, as Executive Director of the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA).

Michael Candela is a digital media expert with ten years of experience in supporting associations and major brands on a national level by developing e-media publications, content marketing and new streams of revenue. He most recently served as the Vice President, Sales & Digital Media USA at InLoop, a personalized content generation and communication platform. Prior to InLoop, Michael was the Managing Director, Publisher Sales at SmartBrief, a leading digital B2B media company.
Jennifer Hedrick has over fifteen years of experience working with non-profit organizations, focusing on coalition building, advocacy and program development. Prior to joining MCI USA, she served as Executive Director of the Pellet Fuels Institute (PFI), an international trade association focused on promotion and growth of the densified biomass industry. At PFI, Jennifer led implementation of the nation's first fuel standards program and built alliances amongst a range of stakeholders throughout industry and government.
Chris Williams, CAE, joins MCI USA from Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC), where he spent more than nine years serving as Director of Safety Initiatives. Chris oversaw ABC’s flagship safety program -- the Safety Training Evaluation Process -- while organizing the association’s technical approach to regulatory issues and representing ABC with numerous industry coalitions and committees. Prior to his time at ABC, Chris served as Director of Affiliate Services with the National Association of Home Builders, specializing in association governance best practices, strategic planning and government affairs.
With these strategic staffing additions, MCI USA’s Association Management & Consulting division is poised to welcome new business and continue to add capacity in the coming months, as well as offer enhanced service to existing clients.
