Nikki Walker, MCI Global VP Association Management & Consulting says: “I have always been passionate about transforming organizations and driving change. Today’s complex and highly digital world requires associations to act fast to ensure they are relevant, adding value and future proof! Associations need to be more flexible in their engagement models – understanding the drivers of different user experiences. Add to this the current COVID stress to reinvent the traditional association conference and turn it into an engaging virtual learning experience and change is not optional! I look forward to sharing our perspectives and experience.”
Sebastien Tondeur, MCI Chief Executive Officer, underlines: “We live in uncertain times, in which political changes, environmental catastrophes and global health risks affect the way we live and work. For 30 years, we have helped our clients adapt to these challenges. Associations have entrusted us to innovate and bring creativity to their members and key stakeholders, navigate the complexity of transformation and inspire them with unique experiences.”
