57th Annual Scientific Meeting – The British Society For Haematology (BSH)

CHALLENGE

The BSH engaged MCI UK’s professional congress organisation department to deliver the 57th Annual Scientific Meeting in a tight 7-month timeframe.

The 3-day event brought together haematology specialists with an excellent scientific and educational programme covering the latest research and best practice. This was a fantastic opportunity to re-energise BSH’s annual event and capitalise on MCI’s tried and tested approach to project management and sponsorship acquisition.

 

SOLUTION

MCI UK is experienced with medical event management which enabled us to leverage our sector experience and identify new sponsors. We addressed and developed new revenue streams within the sponsorship prospectus which optimised the amount of engagement that sponsors could expect with delegates. We grew the pool of delegate sponsors through thorough research and our knowledge of medical congresses. Our existing good working relationships with sponsors and suppliers also allowed us to maximise the available time within our 7-month schedule.
