Vice President, Client Partnerships & Performance, Association Solutions

Denise Jackson serves as Vice President of Client Partnerships and Performance, leading the transition management of incoming organizations and providing strategic and operational oversight of MCI USA’s Association Solutions division. She is an experienced association executive with extensive background in building and maintaining relationships and client growth in the nonprofit, hospitality, and event management sectors

Most recently Denise served as Vice President of Business Development and Managing Director of Association Headquarters’ Washington, D.C., office. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director for two clients while at Interel (formerly Association Management Group) — the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, DC (CREBA) and the Section on Women’s Health, a specialty component of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She has also held positions with leading hospitality and destination organization, including Hilton Worldwide, San Diego Tourism Authority, and NYC & Company.

An active volunteer in both the industry and her community, Denise was recently appointed to the Board of Governors of Visit Alexandria, the nonprofit destination marketing organization for Alexandria, Virginia. She has held volunteer leadership roles in many industry organizations, including the Association Management Company Institute, ASAE Foundation, and the Capital Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association. She expects to receive her CAE (Certified Association Executive) professional credential in 2019.
