Senior Vice President, Credentialing, Standards & Professional Development, Association Solutions

Sara Meier serves as Senior Vice President of Credentialing, Standards, and Professional Development, working with organizations to determine performance objectives for learning management systems and credentialing programs and assess how structure, content, delivery, and metrics can align with organizational objectives. She also serves as Executive Director for two MCI USA association management clients, ARIAS•U.S. and the Accreditation Council for Genetic Counseling (ACGC), overseeing all aspects of both organizations’ operations and strategic initiatives.

Prior to her work with ARIAS•U.S. and ACGC, Sara served as Executive Director of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). During her tenure with IACET, she became well versed in standard development processes, accreditation programs, and certification models. She also served as a member of the American National Standards Institute’s Certificate Accreditation Program Accreditation Committee,and is currently Chair of ASAE’s AMC Section Council. 

Sara received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester and a master’s degree in early childhood education and policy and administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
