MCI USA’s Black Flower Agency recently programmed and produced three virtual networking experiences bringing together 100 innovators with interactive entertainment as part of American Express’100 for 100 program in support of Black women entrepreneurs. The concept, content development, and program curation by Black Flower played a vital role in successfully fueling the entrepreneurial spirit of the 100 participants.
Each virtual event kicked off with an entertainment component led by talent procured by Black Flower, followed by organized breakout networking sessions. The seamless technical production of the networking sessions allowed participants to get to know one another, building community through interactive participation.
