As MCI USA continues to expand its client portfolio, its award-winning Association Management & Consulting division is pleased to welcome Denise Jackson as Vice President, Client Partnerships and Performance. In this new position, Denise will lead the transition management of incoming organizations and provide strategic and operational oversight of MCI USA’s association clients.

Denise is an experienced association executive, with extensive background in building and maintaining relationships and client growth in the nonprofit, hospitality, and event management fields. She most recently served as Vice President, Business Development and Managing Director of Association Headquarters’ Washington, DC office. Prior experience includes serving as executive director for two clients while at Interel, formerly Association Management Group. Denise has also held positions in leading hospitality firms, including Hilton Worldwide, San Diego Tourism Authority, and NYC & Company.
An active volunteer in both the industry and her community, Denise was recently appointed to the Board of Governors of Visit Alexandria, the nonprofit destination marketing organization for Alexandria, Virginia, named the #1 Best Value U.S. Travel Destination 2018 by Money magazine. She has also served in leadership roles in many industry organizations, including sitting on Board of the Association Management Company Institute, serving on the Development Committee of the American Society of Association Executives Foundation, and participating as a member of the DC Capital Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association.
