The International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA), The International Copper Association (ICA) and the Copper Development Association (CDA) have selected MCI USA to provide association management services to the three organizations. Working globally while delivering locally, MCI USA partners with its clients to strategically engage and activate their target audiences, building community and boosting client performance through face-to-face, hybrid and digital experiences that support client business objectives.

The International Window Cleaning Association promotes safety and education to professionals working in all facets of the window cleaning industry, from high-rise and route/residential window cleaners to those who manufacture goods and services for window cleaning. The IWCA is the Secratariat of the ANSI/IWCA I-14 Window Cleaning Safety Standard, offers educational programming, and provides regional safety training sessions.
