Rebranding brand positioning and logo redesign

After recognizing that its current brand did not reflect the inclusive nature of the organization, the Professional Development Consortium (PDC) needed a rebrand strategy, brand repositioning, and logo redesign. MCI USA led a workshop with the PDC board to guide members through reflections on the mission statement and evaluate member personas and aspirations and brand offerings. Taking the insights learned from the workshop and other member outreach, we built out the PDC brand platform, which included brand positioning, values, and personality encapsulated into one document along with a succinct brand promise. 

Results:

  • Logo and tagline better reflect organization’s personality
  • Established guidelines, including color, art direction, and typography\

  • New identity revealed at PDC winter meeting to resounding approval
