As a member of the Accounting Department and reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for project accounting, acting as liaison between accounting and project management.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Management of the analytical accounts by projects
- Reconciliation between the Project Gross Margin and Accounting
- Validation and closing of the Accounting file in the ERP system
- Year-end closing and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Management and follow up of accounts receivable and payable
- Active participation in closing processes and internal audits
- Involvement in the completion and control of the management business tracking tool for business unit or for clients
You hold a degree in accounting and you benefit from at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Switzerland.
As a self-motivated and pro-active person, you also have strong communication skills and are detail-oriented. You know how to set priorities in your tasks and to manage your time in order to ensure that your deadlines are met, even when under pressure.
We require excellent written and verbal communication in English (minimum level B2) and French. You are also highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of Windows Office software, particularly with Excel.
