The Challenge

The Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (IIQS) is a professional body of Quantity Surveyors working in the field of Quantity Surveying, Cost management, Commercial Management, Contract Management, Property Development and Engineering. The institute regularly organises events, workshops and seminars for its members so they can develop academically as well as professionally.  

With little brand exposure in the United Arab Emirates, the institute’s membership database only counted 103 members. IIQS was looking to strengthen its profile in the region by connecting and engaging with new members.

To successfully establish their presence in the UAE market, IIQS needed to implement a strong brand strategy and improve their operational processes. Using the monthly CPD events and bi-yearly APC workshops, the institute wanted to showcase the value it brought to its members: acquire new trends, develop their knowledge and forge their careers.
