In 2017, French National Rugby League (also known as LNR) wished to transform its traditional official hospitality programme around Top 14 (rugby french championship), into an exclusive and dedicated offline & online experiential platform. LNR’s key objectives were the following:

  • Strengthen relationships between LNR and its various stakeholders (rugby clubs, sponsors, media, etc.…) through an exclusive face to face hospitality programme, 
  • Reinforce LNR’s positioning in embracing new technologies and innovation through an interactive online hospitality programme.

The solution weaved technology into the hospitality experience to create successful and on-the-ground guests engagement.

OPPORTUNITY

To encourage, the time of a rugby weekend, all LNR guests to network with their peers, broker new partnerships,  socialize with top athletes, and enjoy unique experiences offered by the host city.

SOLUTION

MCI France recommended to produce an exclusive offline hospitality programme boosted by the design of an “Event App”, to guide guests around the various events, pick their agendas and inform them about LNR content & updates, facilitate the networking between attendees, book their preferred car easily & safely, choose their favorite songs performed live on stage…enhancing interactivity and entertainment even more!
