Roger Tondeur is Founder, Chairman and President of MCI. Roger founded MCI in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1987. The company grew quickly in size and reputation to become the leading event management company in Geneva and a second office opened in Zurich in 1999. Further expansion has been swift, with year-on-year growth and opening offices across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Americas and India, the Middle East and Africa.

Sébastien Tondeur is Chief Executive Officer of MCI. As CEO of an international group with offices around the world, Sébastien is responsible for strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions and global business development in line with his vision to make MCI the preferred partner for every company, association and brand looking to unlock their potential and deliver real change.

Jurriaen Sleijster is President & COO of MCI. As a member of MCI’s Executive Committee, Jurriaen is jointly responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of an international group with offices around the world. Day-to-day, Jurriaen leads management processes, a range of service departments and the integration of new MCI offices.

Robin Lokerman is Group President of MCI. Robin has driven MCI’s expansion outside of Europe since 2007. Under his leadership, the company has registered impressive growth in Asia-Pacific, the Americas and India, the Middle East & Africa and today serves a growing number of clients from over 30 offices outside of Europe.
