An organization in the mental-health space had a well-respected credential that — following a series of staff and volunteer leadership issues over a multiyear period — was fraught with operational and growth challenges.
MCI USA worked with staff and volunteers to evaluate the credentialing program’s management systems, then MCI created recommendations and assisted with implementation — streamlining the application process and bringing it online, restructuring the commission to incorporate cross-disciplinary member representation, and developing resources to help practitioners advocate for state legislation around the certification.
