- Leadership diversity remained a priority, with 53% of senior management positions held by women for the second consecutive year.

- The group strengthened its data protection and cyber resilience framework, achieving a CyberVadis score of 915/1,000 and renewing ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications for information security and privacy management.
- Investment in creative technology expanded with the acquisition of Demodern in Germany, adding expertise in AI, immersive experiences and digital platforms, and reinforcing mci group’s creative technology capability across markets.

- Since 2019, mci group has reduced total emissions by 29%, including a 65% reduction in direct operational emissions (scope 1 and 2). This progress continues alongside business and workforce growth, supporting the group’s Net Zero pathway.
